Please, I'm not being nosy....but I might be wanting to build a "shop/garage" of the exact dimensions as this with a 4" concrete floor.....APPROX what did the project cost? I've done this once before and had a steel "DIY Pole Barn" kit installed, THEN brought in a local concrete guy to do the floor. No wiring-no plumbing Thanks

Any techy guys offer me advice on getting wifi to the shop? I would say that its about 300ft to where the router is located inside the house, but on the opposite side of the house. I have been looking at outdoor extenders/access points, but quite frankly I'm overwhelmed by the information provided, and don't understand it all. Anyone point me in the right direction?

I'm thinking such as this.

If it's 300 feet, a Cat 6 cable would work and be a lot less trouble. Just bury underground Cat 6 cable and put a wi fi hub in the shop.

Prices vary a lot between regions so your best approach to getting a ballpark cost estimate is to ask a builder for an estimate. Doesn't mean you have to build it. I've told more than one builder the estimate was higher than I could afford and was not going to build.

Well we received the final bill for the shop build this morning (only charged me $120 extra to fix the run in with the tractor). He still has to finish the cabinet around the heater manifold, and paint it, then he will be done. I still have a ton of stuff to move in, but have been waiting on him to complete his part of it first. He plumbed my pump for the heater drain Saturday and it seems to be working good. I heard it kick on with the heater when I was out there yesterday. I'll try to get some pics of it if I think of it.
One thing I found funny talking to him this morning, he is going to change his tank water heater in his shop to an on demand like he installed in my shop. He is really impressed in how well it works.
I believe when I posted pics of the insulation going in someone made a comment about moisture control. I kind of blew it off, mostly because I'm ignorant, and also because I didn't think it would be an issue. Never been in a shop that had any kind of issue with being sealed up so good the moisture couldn't figure out how to get out. I have now! I washed my truck (with warm water) on Friday evening and it immediately turned into a rain forest inside the shop. I kinda chalked that up as "well that's me introducing moisture so I'm going to have to pay attention to that". I wasn't in the shop Sat or Sun (except to park the truck, and I hung out for about 10 min while the heater cycled), so I would have thought it had time to dry out. Fast forward to last night/this morning-I parked my company truck in there last night around 7:00 with very little snow and ice on it. Floor was dry this morning, but all the windows were covered in moisture, and when I raised the garage door to back out water ran out of the door. I have a small dehumidifier that I am going to throw out there and see if it helps any. I've thought about an exhaust fan vented to the outside, but it's going to have to move a ton of air. I'm interested to hear others thoughts on the issue. Will it stabilize as the concrete continues to warm? Right now I would say my concrete is around 75% warm. What I mean by that is, the center of my concrete slab is around 75degrees, but the outside is still 60 degrees, so I know that it's still not 100% warmed up. Thoughts?

I've been down the Walmart Dehumidifier road a few times and havent had much luck with 200 dollar units past the warranty expiring and stopped buying them. I have had 2 Eboc units that operate down to 33 degrees. Got one in my basement and one in the 30x50 heated shop plugged into a Humidity controller. I can set it to the humidity i want and it does the rest. It pumps the water into a bucket which i have to empty down the drain. It's been working fine for 10 years. My unit isnt made anymore but is similar to the one in the link. EIP - KOMPACT Dehumidifier GATHC1 Total Humidity Controller - Humidify & Dehumidify

There's so many variables.

You can have a building constructed cheaper than Jarid paid. Vut you can't have that building constructed any cheaper.

If you are hiring it built you should figure $45 per square foot and up.

I'm thinking such as this.
The 2.4 gigahertz version is significantly cheaper: https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B00HXT8FFI/
If you have a low voltage conduit running out to there, Cat6 is the best way to go. If not, I would go with the Nanostation Loco M2.

Your reception will probably be poor if you have metal siding unless you have an outdoor antenna.

We have Netgear Orbis for our house and garage. They work well and the best thing is that unlike their competitors you don't need to use a stupid privacy invading phone app and website and cloud service to configure it. There's a well done local management interface.

Both TPLink and the Ubiquity I recommended have good local web interfaces to set them up.
The Ubiquity is an outdoor access point, so it goes outside under the eaves and you run a cable inside.

I got 3 slab guys to quote. $12,000, $8000, $5500. All 3 had the same information to quote.

So keep getting quotes and check out their work from others.

Similar thing happened when I got quotes for my metal roof.
