Am noticing some creep in forward when coming to a stop.. just enough to be annoying and getting more pronounced as time goes on.

Am thinking an adjustment in the rod going to the shift lever on the tranny is the potential fix.

Anyone with experience making that adjustment? And if so, what the effect was.. better or worse ?

Rod key #6 with nuts #7 and #5 turned slightly to shorten the rod.

Update, FWIW
What I learned.. that the creep is beginning failure of the primary clutch.. and maybe need a new clutch.
Did not change the rod connecting to the shift lever. Helps to shift in reverse first and then to forward to get less gear gnashing.

Eventually will work on the primary clutch if the creep gets worse.

Did you have to replace the clutch, or were you able to repair it yourself..
reason I ask, is I was told that parts for the clutch were not available.. only could replace the whole part.

I replaced it, too much wear for a overhaul. Saved some $$$$$ on Ebay.
