I've checked my fluid level, it's fine. If I raise the deck within 30-60 minutes the deck will be on the ground/garage floor resting on it's wheels.

Nothing in the manual about this, where should I start? It's not an issue when mowing as it rolls on the wheels at my cutting depth )3") but no idea why after a year (54hrs) it now drops on it's own.

Thanks for any help here!

The knob under the seat controls how fast the 3 point hitch drops. Since the MMM is raised and lowered by the left 3pt arm, you might want to check if this adjustment has been changed. The deck is going to leak down when it is parked. It's not clear from your post whether it is leaking down while you are operating the tractor. Also, your anti-scalp wheels should be 1/4" to 1/2" from the ground, not touching it.

So you are saying it will leak down when parked, nothing I can do to change that? On the deck when the dealer installed it, they set it up for 3" cutting, the wheels hit high spots and all that, the weight isn't completely resting on them when mowing though.

WARNING: I am not a mechanic.

The BX and B2x20 Series uses a quarter inching 3-point hitch and since the MMM is lifted by the 3PH, I am not surprised it is leaking down. I have not tested our BX to see how long it takes, but when bush hogging, or running a box blade, I have to bump it up fairly often.

If you set the height control to "Top", that should keep it from dropping. You can also pin it up, but that is a bit of effort.
