Well Jonny35.. you can just keep telling yourself that... let me know where you get with it.
And if anyone wants to weld their nuts and bolts on... go right ahead.. and you can thank jonny35 later on when you wanna remove the brackets and can't.
It's called OVERLOADING.. plain and simple. Its also called Common Sense.. you know.. Cub's New Slogan.
Why do customers feel the need to raise the front tires up off the ground with the bucket? I never understood that one.
Cub did recognize the problem and we/woods fixed the problem. Did we blame anyone? No... we added the kits and the problem was solved.
Everyone should know that a diesel engine vibrates like a single cylinder. Vibration causes some issues.. loose nuts, bolts, fasteners.. Solution= routine maintenance and the use of loc-tite.
Also, Cubhater knows what he did to his engine. He KNEW the injector needed to be replaced. He decided to use it anyways.
PLus, I had the engine itself mic'd out. Cylinder walls, pistons..etc. The cylinder walls are 6 thousandths over at the top. 4 and 5 thousandths in the middle and lower.
Which tells me that the engine was dusted. The engine ingested dirt. .... OR...., Since the injector(s) were bad at one time and he used the unit.. FUEL washes away oil/lubrication.. so the piston rings were metal to metal on the cylinder walls.
The loader bracket was solved/fixed. So you can people can stop bringing that up.
The engine is the main issue here.
The dealer has already contacted me. He doesn't agree with paying for anything. I asked all kinds of questions and had the engine completely inspected.
When I make a warranty decision...I go by with what the dealer tells me.. the service history.. the customers input and the shape/condition of the tractor. Overall I go by what the Dealer/Mechanic/technician tells me.
So if the dealer says No Warranty.. and Ive researched the whole situation... I see no warranty.
I can't go over the dealer and say " well, cubhater and his buddies are on this website saying Cub should pay for this...so I had better pay for the warranty"
Cub cannot help you Cubhater.
