Admins: unable to sign in or reset my password?

Hello -I have[had?] an account as MTGreen.
I was able to use it just fine until one day it wouldn't take my password.
I have tried the reset password tool using my email address and no email gets sent (yes I checked junk/blocked/etc.).
It doesn't appear that the account has been deleted as I am unable to add a new account under that user name or with that email address (get duplication errors).
I was able to add a new account under "MTGreen also" with a different email address.
I would like to be able to access my original account if possible.

I'm looking into some things with the server's ability to send email to all domains. I did send another password reset to you (through admin) but I'm not 100% sure it'll go through. I'll give it another try in an hour. (You're still at the hotmail.com address as your main, right?)
