Aren't they just being conservative with their letters, then?

Those younguns are expected to pay off those mountains of debt that the last couple generations piled up and start from scratch since those wise elders destroyed the manufacturing sector...and of course its always someone else's fault be it politicians, wall street, unions, libruls , the one percenters, free traders etc

It is not just kids . I know some really sharp hard working younger fellows ! Though far and few between ! Kids are only a part of the problem .
Most all the ole men from the old generation are no longer with us now ! There values are fading away ! My wife works with people. She comes home and tells me about young people who seem to be happy to go to jail just so they can visit with their friends . Going to jail is like a status symbol to them !

You all are not the only ones that noticed under 35somethings are pretty worthless (at least 90% are) it seems.
The welding shop had a real bad problem with the young hires always on the phone texting & they have very little "Communication Skills" as in they get in the car and stick their face in the phone texting people in the same dam car... Idiots 90% of them and that is the under 30 crowd the under 25 are 98% idiots and less than 20 99.5% are worthless idiots.
Ok maybe I'm exaggerating a bit but I swear I know less than 2 people under 35 that work hard, show up all the time when they are needed to be there. That includes my nieces & nephews and in-laws BTW and both of the ones I know were.are farm girls...
