Any compacts between 18 & 28 HP with a live PTO????

Did just find a Branson 2800 120 miles from here new for $12,500 I see it's a turbo'd Cummins but can't find anything on the pto. Anyone own one??

I thought that you wanted a loader? That sure sounds like quite a good price if it has a loader with it. :drool:

I would guess that it has an independent PTO.

If you look at Bransons website you will see the specs for the 2800 indicate a 6 spline pto, when you look at the next model up the specs indicate "independent pto". I suspect if the 2800 had an independent pto they would be more specific.

They also have a short paragraph in their "About Branson tractors" you might wan't to peruse to see if it helps you.

At 1800lbs and the overall size and capacity of the machine, with only a 48" wide bucket and a 900lb lift capacity, this is a small tractor and not at all what I was thinking that you were looking for.

With multiple properties, I figured that you were looking for something a bit bigger than that. But if that looks like it will work for you, then I guess that you're all set.

Bigger would be nice but i have to fit through 48" gates on many properties. This is the battle.............
