Thanks for posting those old Farmalls Hey, the grill looks real good on the H Looks like the rest of the tractor needed a large tub over the top of it

And for all you people that dont think Im doing anything on this project, here is a pic of my left fender getting some prep work.

And as a special bonus I have included my WEAPON of choice

Mornin Guys,
Well mixed a little red paint and played with the HVLP gun this mornin Paint booth isnt big enough to do more than one fender

Oh well beggars cant be choosers

One fender down one to go

Scott, I'm sure enjoying keeping up with your project. Looks great. You realy got my attention with the paint booth. Hope I didn't miss this in the past, but is the booth yours? If so can you elaborate on it some. I've been looking include one on my shop, if and when, we get enough rain around here to get back to welding.

Nahh, I couldnt afford anything like that Thats my spray booth at work, and their kind enough to be lettin me borrow it

The spray gun is mine, Porter Cable HVLP, model PSH1.

Second fender gets done this mornin, slow goin this way, but my garage at home doesnt end up with a red hue and I dont have to worry about respirators and overspray

Mornin Guys,
Well, I finally got the wings bolted on along with the pilots seat That would be the first shot.

The second shot is the ejection seat, makin sure its in workin order in case some idiot operator climbs on board

Today I will paint the fuel tank.

Afternoon Guys,
Well I brought the fuel tank home and just kind of stuck it in position. I took the masking tape off the fuel inlet, and I guess I got a little overzealous putting that tape on because when I put the fuel cap on I missed painting that little bit of neck Guess I will do a little touchup work

One word comes to mind when I do this kind of thing DOPE
