Are there any PLC experts among the TBN gang? If so and you wouldn't mind me picking your brain a little, I'd appreciate if you'd email me at mchalkley@attglobal.net.

Mark, Can't a body have any privacy around here Nope, not with Earth Force, to big to hide. Is one of the input devices GPS. There is a lot of liability in remotely controlled earth movers /w3tcompact/icons/wink.gifI use PLC's at work in the lab. Programming is delegated to one of the Tech's who is very good. I do the simple stuff, he makes it work. Send me an email with your questions and I will try to get some answers.(from the Tech.)

Mark,
Yes!! It's bad enough not to have any knowledge of it but then not to even know what it is is just insult to injury!!!

CBDoc, how can you be insulted by what you don't know? Acronyms I gave up on years ago, too many of them, and they usually add up to trouble.

Oh I was just being funny scruffy I wasn't really insulted.

CBDoc, didn't really figure ya waz! /w3tcompact/icons/smile.gif Sometimes though, harrassment is just Called for! /w3tcompact/icons/laugh.gif Still don't like acronyms though! They ceased to be ok when the memory headed south five or six years back! /w3tcompact/icons/tongue.gif

MChalkley, Dont worry, I knew what it was in my context but was trying to figure out what it was in a tractor context. Programmable Loading Cylinder or something.

I was thinking more along the lines of the auto return of the backhoe. But might be a mile off./w3tcompact/icons/smile.gif

Good luck with your quest Mark
