Any idea on the mfg of the blade conversion?

Doesn't look too hard to build, but I don't have a clue where to source scalp guards that wide.

I've seen some cheap import rice choppers on Alibaba that could be modified to fit...

the pdf file is the info about the manufacture, third picture called megamow0001.pdf . I can give you the measurements, thickness,distance across.Can not be to hard with a plasma cutter and drill. Looks like a lot of knifes for sale on ebay in the hay cutting area, might look at that as a possible area . also there web page MEG-MO Systems™ – Lawn Mower Blades, Mower Blades, Blade Sharpening, Tractor Blades, Lawn Care

I'm going to the GIE Expo in Louisville, KY this week... and they're supposed to have a booth there.

May be a great investment for the GM 455-D 4WD (model# 307455)I just bought this weekend.

Speaking of which... anyone know where I can source some parts for this thing? The deck isn't horrible, but it's fairly worn. I'd like to find another deck, a snowblower, flail mower, etc.

Dont forget the cab to go with the snowblower, when the wind changes it will lay half of pickup load of snow in your lap. You need more then a rain coat and googles . Mine has a wiper on it and there is a minute at a time you just have to stop and wait , move the toggle switch to move the shoot a different direction,until then it is dark in there. may not be that windy there but here there is enough to get BP Energy to install over a thousand windmills.[video]https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B-rxI4n8OSrNY1U5YlowUzlydjQ/view?usp=sharing[/video]

It has to be closer to nine years, we had it fixed to were most our snow goes to the North East about that time. I guess I should sell my cab and blower to Multimow when he is in Louisville, KY he could come north about five hours on I65 .

I went to the cozy cab manual page and it does not look like it in there picture, it shows 355D and 455D as the same
