engine loads up but not move, release pedal and it goes backwards and stops, al I did was punch out the roll pin and mount the plate with radial holes to side, using marks on the plate to get it in place, put the pedal lever back on shaft and press roll pin back in.

the electrical switch the wires were cut so not reconnected them at this time

the machine worked fine without the plate mounted other than no neutral positive location, the pedal would not center by itself

The pump plate is not adjusted correctly to the pump lever.

from what I understood, if the pump plate is out of adjustment it either goes forward or backwards when the leaf spring and bearing try to center it, it should still go forward or backwards with no resistance, I will remove the leaf spring and see if its back the way it was tonight and see

with it the way it sits now there is no creep when the peddle is released in neutral

Tonight I removed the spring plate and bearing, seems to work again so marked the neutral position on the plate and transmission, will install the spring plate and adjust to the marks

What I believe was the issue the hole in the pedal lever was worn so was the split pin, this caused slop on the shaft, redrilled the hole thro the next size up

Just an update...
Got my 2 weights to go on the 325-D the other day...
It appears one of the weight bracket bolts is broken off...
Does anyone on here know the size of those bolts???
If you look at the Toro schematics it just list screw and the description...
Plan on getting those installed tomorrow...

1/2-13 tpi. At least that is what they are on my machine. I used grade 8 bolts.

I had to make a spacer to clear the bolt that holds the axle support pin in place. I made it 3/4" thick, but I think 5/8" would have worked. 3 unistrut washers would also work. I liked the idea of one solid piece.

I don't know that with 2 weights you'd have an issue. With 4 weights I had bolts crashing and had to use 1 washer on the outside and just the right length of bolt.

The bolts thread into the weight inside the axle support bracket.

I saw a picture of a guy that attached a hitch with the weight bolts. As long as a guy wasn't using it much it would be OK. But it does make the machine that much longer

Thanks...
I would guess 2"-2-1/2" in length plus some washers...
Off to Tractor Supply...
Going to have to get the one broken off first...

I bolted on a piece of angle iron to the weights so I could pull the little dump trailer:

Last week the EV right rear tire got punctured, hooked on the heavy 6x12 tilt trailer, drove out and recovered the EV.

Backed it into the shade to work on it.

What does the hose that runs to the hydrostat filter from the drain plug, look like on your 325D's?

In the schematics, it shows a hose with a 90 degree bend. My hose is straight.

If the hose is supposed to have a 90 degree bend, it looks like they adjusted the hose barbs to install a straight hose. I have a leak, drip, in front of the drain plug. I can not tell yet if it's the fittings or if it is leaking down from the end of the hose.

I got a few pictures to show what I have. It looked to me like the correct part number was 68-9650. Part 46 on the schematic

I got the new hose. There is no 90 degree bend in it. It is straight, just like the hose that is on it.

If anybody needs a hose, I have one here. LOL

Well, now we know for sure that the drawing is wrong.

Did you get the leak stopped?

I got the leak stopped. I put the 32 mm wrench on the nut that tightens up against the O ring and it was not tight. I tightened the nut up and the leak stopped.
