So ... water witches have tech now. Used to be a set of bent coat hangers or homemade divining rod was all you needed.
But......but.....Scientists claim witching/divining doesnt work......

Yet they use instruments like this......that looks simple....and visibly does NOTHING other than move over the ground.....and we are supposed to believe the results? Like metal detectors, or GPR, etc. Cannot see it actually doing anything.......yet it works. JUST LIKE WITCHING

I'm very happy to say - NO, I've never seen a helicopter load like that. I'm an old man - can't run real fast. My first thought - "THEY" are coming - run for the hills.

I've seen one of those multi-blade ROW trimmers - hanging down below a copter. That was scary enough.

I paid an Indian $150 to walk my property with rods and tell me where the water was. The driller recommended him. I wasn't too sure If I was getting a good deal or getting screwed out $150 :unsure: But I put a rock on the spot he chose and paid him. Week later my young Mexican friend was here doing some weeding and I told him about the Indian. Well - he was outraged. He said in Mexico everybody can do that. He threw down his shovel, marched down to the creek and plunged into a tall bush emerging with a 2 foot Y he'd broken out of the center of the bush. He proceeded to march around holding the Y out in front of himself eventually settling in a methodical grid like pattern. It wasn't 5-10 minutes of this before he shouted here! looking over his shoulder at me and pointing to the rock I had placed on the Indians mark. ;) Long story short we been pulling water out of that hole for 23 years now.

Why are they mapping the aquifer in that area for? I did not see that bit of information anywhere.

My best guess is the bill and info is being sent to the arid southwest so we can solve their water problems. They have been trying to tap Great Lakes water for years.
That will happen shortly after our votes have no meaning and pipelines will flourish to form the river leading SW.
I apologize if my "guess" has crossed the political fence.

There is a nice detailed write up here;

Aw man it was more fun when it could have been a UFO! :D

We drive HWY 37 - between Vallejo and Novato - nearly weekly. Recently, portions of huge power transmission towers have been delivered by helicopter all along that route, looking a lot like that photo. I expected that would be the explanation for this photo rather that what it turned out to be.
