Anyone else holding out for new 2013 Chevy/GMC truck?

Replaced my 1999 GMC 2500 HD Ext Cab Long bed in March with a 2007 GMC Denali 4Dr Short Bed. Found out at hunting season preparing to load my Gator in the back the new truck is 2" narrower inside the box. This means I can't fit my John Deere 6x4 in the back, I have to trailer it. Wonder if they'll fix that.

Can't speak to the details of that...But I'd rather have the gator on a trailer anyway...Nice Denali!!!

The second concept isn't bad...I'm sure it'll be toned down a bit....I thought the first one was an older concept..That's just too over the top.

I have a new bodystyle GM and I like it...Not sure why some here say it's ugly..To each his own, I guess...Personally, I haven't seen a really ugly mass sold truck in a really long time...There were some ugly niche trucks, but that's why they stayed that way.

Government motors has nothing to do with the first concept, that one is pretty old after I thought about it and noticed that some one speculated it was circa 2003...Sounds about right to me...Just an idea, that's all.

Hi TIm. I think the current body style is the best looking truck we have built so far. I remember your truck.... Black w 6.2L. Very nice (and fast). I should have left that first concept pic out of this thread. I was leaning more toward the article and should have remembered this concept from way back. There are all kinds of power plant rumors floating around and I would dare say the new trucks will lean more toward the GMC All-Terrain concept. It got alot of positive feedback from all the auto shows this past year. I've worked at four different plants for the launch of new production vehicles. This one will be major and is very tight liped. I don't see GM making a poor decision on the appearance of trucks. The truck segment is the backbone of the company.

Now that's slick. Makes the nose look great. The one one offered by Loredo was a direct replacement to the factory hood.

I love the super singles on the green one. Reminds me of the wheel/tire combo on the Transformer 4500. I dig the front bumper also. It would look sweet in black like your truck.

Oh yea. And that thing is lifted on top of how big it already is. I couldn't imagine getting in that truck! And about the transformer truck I'd gotten mine before the movie was coming out and I went to Monroe one day and the guy is dealt with said your going to start seeing a bunch more of these and he went and showed me the prototype build they'd had in the works for the movie - that was a BA truck!
