Auction Time

Has anyone used the AuctionTime site for a purchase or sale? Occasionally there is an item I am interested in, but have been hesitant to bid. My main question is, is it a real auction or more like EBay where people post items and then don't really let them go if they are not happy with the price.

Haven't used it, so I may not be entitled to an opinion... but it sure looks like shipping is going to be a problem. The ads I saw did not offer shipping, you had to arrange your own.

I wouldn't really consider anything too far away to pickup, just don't want to waste my time if they are not legitimate auctions.
