I recently bought a 1992 B2150 with 4wd, a LA350 FEL and 6 ft. Woods backhoe. Condition is good, 825 hrs.,9 speed gear transmission (I wish it were hydro.). Is $12,500 a fair price? Also, how do I center the steering wheel? I removed the nut in the center, but could not get the wheel off.

Can't help you with the price on your tractor. On the steering wheel, normally after you take the nut off, you need to use a steering wheel puller. It kinda like a gear puller but more suited to plastic steering wheels. You can usually rent these or maybe even borrow one.

They usually just have fingers or rods that go under the steering wheel hub and you tighten down on a large bolt in the center of the puller which presses against your steering wheel spindle and more or less pulls the wheel off.
