B3030 LA403 loader still crooked....

I agree that "flukes" can and will happen but I truly believe this is not a fluke thing. I believe its a production issue that Kubota has not fully addressed. This loader was just way to far out for it to ever settle after using it awhile.
These loaders once assembled don't have much give so I don't see it ever "settling out" enough to make this thing straight.
If you look at the earlier threads on this issue you will see the pictures I took before any work was done to my tractor and it is very noticeably crooked.
Don't take me the wrong way I certainly do appreciate your response and you taking the time to look.

I would guess that it is less than a 1/4 of an inch difference where as before it was more like 1-1/2 or so. Here is one of the earlier threads with pictures if you have not seen them already... Loader Threads
I will try to take some after pictures of my loader and get them posted so you can see the difference. Maybe I am actually dillusional and trying to convince myself its better? /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif I guess we will know after some pictures.

I don't think you're dillusional, I know I could tell immediately if mine was fixed. (everytime I raise it off the ground I see the one side lift first)

I'm glad to hear it's better - 1/4" would be acceptable to me.

I'm sure this has been covered, but have you checked the air pressure in your tires? If the new mounting bracket is indeed right, the pressures may be off.

Ok here are some before and after pictures of the loader.
I must say just by looking at the difference it was worth the effort to get it fixed.

As said before we notice the offset with the brush guard which mounts on the frame. My rep called me today after work. He said Kubota has admitted there was a fixture problem with the uprights. My rep sounds like he's really going to work with me on this problem. He was willing to get one out of the warehouse and have it measured before shipment. If the Loader still remains out less than 1/4" with brush guard not floor I would feel this was acceptable tolarance.Rep did say the manufacturing plant somewhere down south was aware of this topic being disscussed on TBN. I'm glad to see them reading this site. Great tool for them. I'll keep you all posted on the progress. /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif
