Kubota B7510HSD(sold) B3200(new 6/15/09)
I just got a b3200 and one of the things I want to do with it is run a 3pt wood splitter. I was using this on my 7510 (it was slow but worked). The 7510 was easy to do the loop and I figured the 3200 would be the same. When the tractor got delivered I looked at it up on the truck and saw the valve bank next to the seat uses all steel lines. After work I looked at the manual and closer at the tractor and cannot see a way to hook up a loop. It looks like I will have to hook into one of the loader valves and unhook the loader hoses when I want to use the splitter (what a pain). Does any one have a loop on their 3200 with the loader valve next to the seat? If you do can you supply pictures of where it hooks? If I end up hooking into the loader couplers I need a couple couplers for the hoses. Tractor supply has 3/8 couplers that say the fit john deere and kubota are these the right ones?

Rob,

I have the rear remotes on order so not installed yet. If it happens in the near future, I will take pics and post for you. Wonder if the B3030 setup would be similar since it uses the same panel behind the 3PH lever for the remote lever location?

I was looking at the broucher on the 3200 this morning and the bh76 backhoe in the picture looks like it uses a hydraulic loop. Does anyone have this tlb setup and can confirm. I will call the dealer sometime and ask but when I bought the tractor and asked about the loop they tried to sell me the valve bank (way too much money)

Rob,

the theory should be the same as the 7510, just because there are stainless lines, there still should be a PB for the 3 pt hitch, Once you ID that, You shoule be able to swap out 2 of the stainless lines with flexible lines and make your loop....

I'm on the seacoast, how about you?

I am up north about 45min above the notch.
Kubota uses banjo style of conections on the hard lines. I am assuming that I will have to buy a kit from kubota in order to make the loop.

IMO... 3pt splitters are a waste of time. The self contained ones are only marginly more expensive and the performance is usually alot better since you have more hydraulic flow.

I already have the splitter and I don't split enough a year to justify buying a stand alone unit that is just going to get gummed up and not run.

Here is some pictures of the valve bank and lines. I would think painted bolts would be the power beyond and in lines. The non painted go to the loader conections.

Rob, have you looked at the back of the tractor for a second hydraulic block (inside the right rear wheel)?

Ductape,
The b3200 only list the front outlet where as the b3030 has both a front and a rear outlet. What size hoe do you have on your b3030?

Rob,

You should be able to just insert it in the loop just before or after your FEL (at the front block). Then just tee your tank return line in with the tank return line of the FEL.

Jay

In this picture I followed the lines and the one I said goes to the 3pt hitch goes into the transmision case around the area of the 3pt hitch. I would think it is the line that I should be tapping into. Does this sound right?
Ductape
I noticed in your profile that it was a bh80x right after I posted the question. I aked because I am thinking about used backhoes and your 3030 is similer in size.

Rob, Do you have a dealer near you? When I did mine, I fount a similiar model on the lot with a BH and crawed under and traced the lines, and rough sketched it out on paper.

If not let me know as I drive by one regularly and could probably stop. I'm sure I need something there...

Made life so much easier... Just a thought...

firefighter kubota,
If all goes well I will be in the area of the dealer tomarrow. I am going to price out a loop and get more info on the rear remote kit. My factory service manual should be in as well.

I just bought a b3200 tlb around a month ago, only have 4 hrs so far and this is my first tractor. If i can help to trace out lines on backhoe or send some picture's i could do that this weekend.

Gr333,
That would help me out a lot. I did not make it to the dealer today and might not for a few days. If you can, take some pictures of the hoses that run from the backhoe to the tractor.

Firefieghter kubota,
I could of bought the 3030 and had a outlet on the rear and it would have been easy. But did not care for the tractor.
