First post here.
A little back ground. I own a mobile home & RV park here in Texas.
It's on 8 acres and my father built it from scratch. Meaning he put in all the water and sewer tanks(48) and drain fields. I purchased the park from my parents in 2000. We have been in the city limits for 7 years now and the city hasn't said anything about hooking on to the city sewer yet but I'm looking at having some plans drawn up it see how much were looking at. Luckily there is a sewer line that runs the length of my place on a city easement 5 feet from my fence line.

Ok on to the tractor.
I'm looking for a TLB that would work for my project.
It has to be small enough to get between houses yet be strong enough and big enough get the job done. A friend of mine bought a B2920 TLB a few months back. Paid $23,000 out the door TLB 4' shedder 4' box. I haven't had any seat time on it yet but looking at the digging specs I think it would be too small. I went to my dealer (3 miles away) Monday and looked at a B3200. Very nice looking piece. He quoted me $16,500 tractor & loader.
Does that sound about right? How much would the BH76 set me back?
5' shedder $1,000, 5' box $600.

Thanks for your time.
Great forum.

I had a B7800 with a hoe. i think you would be better renting or hiring someone to do your digging work. Even though the bh75 will technically do what you want I'm not sure it will work out as easy as you think. If you have alot more projects to accomplish after hooking up the sewer then maybe it will be worth it.

If you have a hoe you'll find the task.

Up here in NY you can rent an ex for $400/ weekend. It has tracks making it easy to dig and move, however if money were no object I would get a hoe w/thumb.

Thanks for the help guys.
The city sewer hookup will be a slow process it will be done I little sections at a time as extra money is saved up. There will be a lot of work for the tractor when I get it so it will be a good investment for the park.
Does anyone here know for sure if the swing on the BH76 is 180 deg.?
Is there any other model I should be looking at?
Is there any advantage the B26 or B3030 has it I知 missing?
I know the B3030 has a few features but I like the single seat setup of the
B3200 with BH.

Just doing some estimating.
B3200 w/FEL-16,500
BH76- 7,000
5' Sherreder-1,000
5' Drag box-600
Total= 25,100

Does that sound like a good deal?
I知 going to my dealer Monday AM to get a quote on paper.

Krink,
I think the B26 may work a little better for you. Reading your post, backhoe work seems to be the main job. Areyou in rock or sand? The first spec to look at is the digging force diffrence between a BH76 and BT820 backhoe. 4211lbs on the B26 and 3339lbs on the B3200 at the bucket cylinder, this speeds the job up plus you get another 8" in depth. Put a hydraulic thumb with quick disconnect and you can lift the pipe w backhoe on those hot summer days. The B26 Loader lift capacity is 250 lbs more, plus you get another 12 inches in height. A set of pallet forks will help you move picnic tables and unload some light deliveries. B26 comes with front Skid steer coupler so you can make something up to move trailers from the front w/o backing in. Kubota offers the thumb as an option on the B26. Down side is a lttle less PTO HP for brush hog apps. It'll be some more $ but worth it.
