I talked to the mechanic that changed the timing on my 3200. He said the timing needed to be advanced 8 degrees because the pump was injecting the fuel too late in the compression stroke.
Thanks for the info. I had my 1910 into the shop a few years ago to rebuild the injectror pump and it hasn't started as good as it used to. I replaced the injectors after that too. I think I'll have to check the timing.
