They don't seem to take this forum seriously. At least they didn't a few years back when I bought my machine. I mentioned TBN to them in sales and got something like, 'Them! Oh those guys on there are just crazy. They are obsessed with stuff.' I dropped the subject fast.

Since then, they have started advertising here, so maybe the attitude has changed a bit. Then again, maybe not. ;)
SnowRidge, like the new avatar, who is the cat with the attitude?? Some one step on his tail or something? Kinda has that look the wife gives me when I say the word ( New Tractor) :D

Actually, someone cut half her tail off, which might account for the attitude. She was pretty badly abused by someone at some point.

She showed up one year, and used our property for a hunting ground, while she lived next door in an old abandoned farmhouse. A couple of winters ago, we noticed she had a very early in the year pregnancy, so we started putting food out for her because of the cold. Gradually, she came to trust us, and hung around our house quite a bit. Unfortunately, she lost that litter, probably due to the cold.

A few months later she became pregnant again and had another litter, two cute little fur balls. When they were old enough, we scooped them up and took them to the vet, along with their mom. All three got fixed, and the two kittens, who had been quite feral, came home to live indoors with us. You have seen them as my previous two avatars. They have turned out to be wonderful house cats.

Mom is still strictly an outdoor cat. The avatar picture was captured by an automated trail camera I had set up on the deck.

Pretty cool, a really humane thing you did there.

When we moved into our house here in the mountains. There were a couple of cats handing out when we did the walk through. We told the owner to make sure he took all of his pets with him when he moved out.

A year later we noticed a cat hanging around our front deck meowing at 3:00 AM about every other morning. Found out the next door neighbor had taken him in and he originally lived here the owner just left him.

Hard to believe people can be that cruel when it comes to defenseless animals.
My cat died about a year ago. She was also an abandon cat someone left outside in the dead of winter. She was living in the back yard of an empty town house under the deck.
I took her home and she made a great pet for about 9 years before she got sick .

Back around 1987 or so my wife and I were hosting a Halloween costume kegger party. She went as Snow White and I was Dopey (hold the comments). This guy came up to me as a 6 week old kitten and never left. We had him for 17 years. The last two he was diabetic and required a shot twice a day. He was so gentle, my 12 year old was able to give him the shots and he never flinched. He was a tall kitty. This picture is of him standing on the floor at our dining room table licking sour cream off a spoon.
