Fantastic looking project!!!

What was the price per yard for just the concrete? I just bought 2 1/2 yards for $300 after tax. It was $105 per yard at United Rentals. I know it's cheaper per yard with the large trucks, just curious what it's going for in your area.

Contractor ordered and paid for concrete, he bid on the whole deal.

I did some checking with concrete suppliers prior to hiring the entire floor done. Average price per yard for 4,000 psi in my area was $74 - $78 per yard. That is for a 10 yard (whole load) truck. Does not take into account ordering a short load , less than 5 yards , which they tack on an extra delivery fee, not sure what the delivery fee is. Also every load , regardless of quantity is now charging a Fuel Surcharge due to high fuel prices. Not sure what the fuel surcharge is tho.

Floor joists & subflooring being delivered. Now to see if that FEL boom pole I made will hoist those 32 footers in the air to set on top band 15' up in the air. Pics of that to follow.

I got the measurements from you and built a fel boom pole like yours. I hung 7 30' trusses 12' with only slight problems. First problem was figuring out how to attach the truss to the pole in a way I could get it off when the truss was set. The next unresolved problem is my wife alleging she got stretch marks from tugging on the rope that was tied to the end of the truss for guidance issues. That's a nice design you have and thanks for the help making mine. Didn't have to hire anyone and could work at my own pace.
