Benefits of a cab with a/c?

You never hear anyone wish they had an open tractor after having had a cab.
The reverse is not true.

I think that says it all.

If i was just doing my own property and it was pretty small (under 10/20 acres) depending on what part of the country it was in I wouldn't mess with a cab. Otherwise, I'd plop the extra money.

In Vermont, you don't need the Cab...but now I'm just an recalcitrant farmer enjoying all five seasons of Vermont...the regular four and MUD...

If I had asthma or hayfever...maybe I'd be interested in A/C

I am new around here but the info is priceless.I have a L5030 without a cab.There are many times I wish I had one but does anyone know of any aftermarket companies that make them? I was told when I bought my Kubota that I could not add a cab to it later, maybe a design issue.

Frankly, for only 13 acres, I wouldn't spend the extra money for a cab tractor.
To me, that money is only worthwhile if you have 50-60 acres minmum.
A sunshield or even a pith helmet will do a fine job for keeping you cool...don't be a wussy.

A cab without A/C is called a sauna. Trade your tractor for a factor unit with A/C if you want a cab.
