Buying Advice Bobcat Toolcat- Is it the right tractor for my Facility

The current company uses pickup truck with plow, skid steers, and a bunch of guys with shovels. I want to be more efficient with my man power.
The Ventac looks the it can take care of mowing and side walks.
In Maryland we don't typically get more than 4-6 inches once every few years we get hit with some heavy snow. Three weeks ago we got hit with 30 in, it cost me $24,000 to get the place cleared.
Whats better for the lots, a CUT or a skid steer?
should I use a blade or a pusher?

The skid steer will work better for heavy snows but the CUT will be more useful for general field maintenance.

I'm looking at the Kioti NX 5010 HST Cab with loader. The dealer quoted me $33,000 after many discounts.
Does that price sound correct? Can I get it for cheaper
I want to put a snow pusher on the front and a snow blower on the back.

I was just quoted about that for a NX6010. It had been on the lot for a while though.

I would advise getting into this slowly, one phase at a time. The multi machine approach is good, because if you try to do it with a "swiss army knife" machine, they usually don't do any of the "tasks" as good as a purpose built machine and when it's "down" you're done. Snow removal has big liability's and with a puplic facility, you're wide open for the ambulance chasers. Research the insurance end of that one, and other than a freak 30" snow, study your costs. That might be the last subcontracted phase to replace. You'll need reliable men willing to work in the middle of the night, all night & un supervised.
Take little bite's out of this elephant, it's too big to eat at once.

Rusty iron has good points.
Do you have area for salt storage, bagged or bulk
For my fields we have cost of $6000 for fuel and fertilizer
Check all cost and start piecemeal on your projects

I've owned my 5600 Toolcat for about a year now and simply love it. I have a total of 8 attachments including the SB 240 72" Snowblower, sander/salter, 94" Snow pusher, V-plow, snow bucket, 72" finish mower, pallet forks and the general duty bucket. I mowed about 8-10 acres, once a week all last summer and the cut quality was as good as my Zero turn Toro however the machine is heavy for manicured lawns. When it comes to snow removal I don't believe there is another machine on the market that can compare. It has the 61 HP Kubota diesel was high flow hydraulics, air/heat, radio, full road package and you have to experience the 4 wheel steer to fully appreciate it's manoeuvrability and capabilities. This one piece of equipment could easily satisfy your entire needs. My wife has never mowed with the z-turn but jumps at the chance to drive the Toolcat, best toy I've ever owned.

Ah yes, that reminds me, my wife bought our Toolcat 5610 to help with the pasture mowing after we moved here in the fall of 2011. She mowed with the TORO the first year and got some bad cases of poison ivy. She wanted something with a cab and a bigger mower.

The OP is located in Baltimore. They do not typically get large snow fall. Several small accumulations are more common. the toolcat is probably too large and heavy to clear sidewalks if the school is set up similar to the schools here.
The other major task is to mow sports fields. They are manicured lawns that need trimmed regularly.
A CUT and zero turn are better fit for the OP situation.
