bought a 2910!

Well, I finally took the plunge. On order, hopefully to be delivered by this weekend:

B2910, FEL, R4's, 4-way loader valve, and Ag-meier 5' box blade, for $16,441.

As a registered member for about a year, I figured it was about time to legitimize my stay here. Only problem is now I'm going to have to come up with a new signature! /w3tcompact/icons/laugh.gif

I'm looking around for a 5' rotary cutter. Hopefully I can find a good used one for the right price. I could have financed in a Bush Hog 5' light duty model (looked pretty heavy duty to me, though), but couldn't see paying $899 for a light-duty rig.

Thanks, I bought from Tipton International for a number of reasons. Right price, good service (so far/w3tcompact/icons/smile.gif), and convenient location. I had a couple of other price quotes (including a just-missed 2910, similarly equipped, with 200 hours sold with new financing for $13990/w3tcompact/icons/frown.gif in the Austin area), but with the exception of the previous deal, none made me want to "jump ship".

john: congrats on your new tractor, is that a new machine? up here u could not touch it for that price. last feb . a b2410 , fel, r4"s went for 15,500. u jumped 2 sizes and got an extra attachment for 1,000 more. i am envious!!! good job.
