Brush hog cutter

I have a brush hog cutter for Modern Manufacture, Beaumont,TX. Need to know what kind of oil to use for the motor. Also how do lubricate the shaft?

You might be able to start at Modern USA, Dragon, TIger, Ranco Trailers, Dragon Wind, Houston. I have a 5' Competitor, and its manual is here: http://www.modernusa.com/pdfs/competitorrr_cutter.pdf. I think the gearbox uses 90w gear oil. The shaft, tail wheel, etc. use a good grade of grease.

Thanks for the information. I did find Modern Manufacturing and sent a note to them. I also am having a problem trying to get the cover to stay on the shaft after releasing to grease it.
