she sure is pretty.how meny hours have you put on her.

About ten minutes so far, my tree cutter didn't show up yesterday and all the grass is dead or dormant, so there wasn't anything to do. My cutter showed up a few minutes ago and I am going to give him an hour or so head start then take off. We are thinning some trees out 8"-10" or so, so I am just moving them off the roads.

Very nice! Strong and smart looking, which I know to some isn't important but nothing says a tractor has to look like a brick considering the money we pay for them.

Hope it fills your needs.

Beautiful tractor and congrats! I was wondering when we would see the pics!

You'll have to do a little comparison to the 5030 sometime after you get some hours on the new ride! Well....if you want to that is :)

Do you have the tires loaded on your tractors?

Thanks, that's sure the truth about prices, these things are getting outrageously expensive.

Well I "grew up" then "grew old" before I was willing to buy one. Someone told me I couldn't take it with me, so I figured, why the heck not. If I live very long though, I may be in trouble.

I just may do that when I get some more seat time. I was one sick puppy for the first thirty minutes today; ready to go get my 5030 I was. I couldn't get use to reaching so far to the HST pedal, seat was uncomfortable no matter how I set the back, brakes were awkward. I then noticed my wife had swiveled the seat to the left when she got out.:laughing::eek::eek:

I can definitely tell there is going to be a learning curve with the HST+ and different HST pedal.

Yes, we have fluid in the tires of the tractors we use in the hills or for pulling or have a FEL. My brothers use some on our flat land farm just for running rotary cutters and smoothing roads that have no ballast.

I notice that your top link cylinder has side ports. Mine did too. The clearance between the side port fitting and the double butted bolt securing the RH 3 point lift cylinder was such that in certain settings they hit. It took the right combination of lift and tilt and mine snagged ripping the hose apart and damaging the cylinder. The supplier modified my cylinder to put the ports on top and nw I have plenty of clearance in any configuration and position on all of my equipment. Something to check. Your cylinder length, port position, and distance the fittings stick out of the cylinder are probably different than mine so it likely isn't a problem but I thought I'd alert you.

Thanks; sure wish I was good enough of a mechanic and fabricator to fix mine up more like yours.:licking:

Thanks, I think they really will come in handy, I owe the idea to other TBN members with more knowledge and experience than me. We have dual remotes on another tractor and always though that was enough, but after reading posts here I decided to go for three. Lots of really knowledgeable, helpful members on TBN willing to help out.

Thanks for the heads up, I would never have thought of it. It is an OEM setup, so I sure hope they knew what they were doing, but now I will know to monitor it for potential problems.:)
