While my mods are no where in the same class a "4shorts" her is one I did no my FEL The chain hooks are obvious and used frequently but I also had a piece of square steel welded along the top of the bucket under the top lip to provide extra strength to the bucket. I also ran a electrical line from the 12 volt source under the seat to a switch and that powers the pump on my sprayer. I like having an electrical pump for the sprayer rather than using a wobble pump off the PTO. Next mods include work lights and a rear view mirror. Just hope the lawn plugger I ordered is not too heavy for the three point hitch. Added a picture (not great) of the bucket mods.

Check 6; I like your mods! Thanks for sharing it here too!

And 4shorts; I look forward to seeing more of your work!

Paul, I just want to second the thanks and appreciation that DEK posted a couple pages ago- I couldn't improve on his statement, and his views mirror mine (and a lot of us 4shorts groupies. Hope you find some more stuff worth posting, because you add a lot to this site.

In looking at Paul's pictures, I see another mod i want to make. I noticed on his BX 25 D that the steering wheel appears to be deeper dished than the one on my original BX 25. This would be great as I would like the steering wheel closer without moving the seat forward. I'm going to check with the local Kubota dealer today and order one, as in steering wheel not tractor. My BX expanded "under armor" plate should be here tomorrow. By the way, I'm the same with all mechanical things, always looking for a way to make them a little bit better to serve my needs.

Great video, Paul. Mrs. Paul definitely rocks.

I'm with everyone about Xfaxman's post/meaning, I just figured you hadn't had your coffee yet.

Thanks man. As for Xfaxman's post it's hard to tell what he meant. Using the emoticons would have helped if he had used them. Not using them made it sound hostile. :confused3:

Paul, I am sorry that I upset you with my post. I saw your pictures in post #501 about 3 hours after you posted them. I wondered what they were. No one else had responded, so I thought I would ask, then I thought, "I know how to use google image search, so I won't bother Paul". I found them on a Mountain Bike Forum. I waited another half hour and still no posts by you or the fan club, :D, so I posted the link.

I was very surprised by your reply and hope this clears everything up.

I enjoy your videos and reading about your modifications. Thanks for taking the time to post everything.

Thank you farmgirl. You know your pulling on my heart strings when I see your beagles in your avatar. I miss my beagle. Had her for 13 years. She just got sick and passed. That was 6 years ago and we all still miss her. She was a tall beagle. Locals would ask me what type of beagle she was and I'd reply "She's a four wheel drive" Here's a photo of her. :weepy:

Thank you my buddy. I appreciate that. I'll post more stuff eventually. Right now it's kind of crazy on this end. Dad always said he was happy I never took carpentry as an occupation because I'd start the house in the morning and want to move in that same evening  Wifey figures I need a 40 hour day instead of 24

Hey no problem sir. It's hard to read what others are trying to say some times on a computer screen. Case in point. A few weeks ago I was answering a question that an long time friend and engineer asked me. I was in a little bit of a rush but I did answer it. An hour later he calls and asks me if I'm alright. I said sure. He said he didn't like the "Tone" of my email :confused3:
These things happen so I apologize to you sir for taking it the wrong way.
All is good :D :cool2: :dance1: :drink:

4Shorts: Since I don't do modifications on my equipment, well not much anyway, here is another Beagle pic. This one of my current Beagles. The smaller one is in my Avatar, as well, but then I added the red and white. I know you miss yours. She was a pretty girl. I think of mine sometimes, as the "class clowns", and they bring a smile often!

Paul & Farmgirl:

My Mom had a beagle and I wish she was here so I could show her your beagle pictures. We now return you to our regularly scheduled thread.
