can you guess what these things are??

My brother made them for me at his machine shop.

2 1/4 inches long
3/4 inch hole through the middle
2 inch large OD
1 1/4 small OD


I'll tell ya later after a few guesses

At first I thought they look like an adapter to go from cat 1 3PH to cat 2 for use with a quich hitch(hence the shoulders), but a cat 2 is only 1 1/8". So I have no clue.

I assume it is tractor related??
