Cannot Open old account

Started a new user name cannot get in my old account and have asked for the " forgot password " to me e-mail several times with no response, would love to use my account as have a lot of info stored there. Any ideas ???

Are you certain your registered email address is accurate and/or the instructions aren't being filtered into your spam folder?

I had the same problem a few weeks back. I emailed Muhammad and was told my username didn't exist. I replied with all of my info (except my password, which I forgot) and never heard back. I have been a member of TBN for 7 years. Anyhow, I just created a new account.
