Hit my chaps for the first time last weekend. Pulled out of a log, let it idle down, and before putting the brake on, leaned over to push a branch out of the way with my left arm. While leaned, the chain caught the chaps at the middle of my thigh. No damage to me and a useful wake-up reminder never to rush or cut corners.
Before that, saw hadn't run for a while so brought it inside by the fire to warm it up and get it started (and before adjusting chain).
