Challenge for TBN community

Now, Y'ALL, here's a challenge for the TBN community.
I'm looking for a used dump trailer, 16' to 20' length.

Craig's list has this listing where there are TWO 20 TON TANDEM AXLE 26 CU YD HYDRAULIC DUMP TRAILERS.

Sounds like just what I need.

Only problem is... no phone number and no email address, only street address. So I can't even determine what the price is that they are looking for.

Address is:

6801 Lacywood Lane
Dallas, Texas

Anybody know how to figure this out... hint, I tried one reverse address lookup and found that phone number 214-388-8048 is not a working number.

However, I have no reason to believe that that number belongs to the current resident at the address who has the trailers for sale.

Winner gets an attaboy from me...

I just thought I'd try the "six-degrees-of-separation paradigm" and see if it works in real life..... and, I'd really like to contact the owner of the trailers

That's an easy one, John. The lady's name is Miller and the phone number is 214-381-2021 and I think she's going to edit the ad to include her phone number. The 214-388-8048 is an old number.
