Sharp eyes David,
The close ones are cable TV and the power lines just do show in the upper right corner. Don't think I could get to them. Maybe I wasn't in danger this time, but you can bet, I have had my share of close calls.

Thanks,
It is a Hesston 1180 I think, 105 PTO HP, but on the machine that checks the HP when I bought it new around 85/86, it didn't start losing RPM's until it hit 120 HP & went on up to 125 before they stopped the test. It is nice with a 20' bush hog behind it. Have less than 900 hrs, looks like the Kubota may be passing it on hrs in a few years, 230 on it now, less than one year old.

Travis,
Grill guard came with fel. I just welded expanded metal on it to try to stop the brush. I am sure you know that may be impossible, but I am trying. I could just picture myself in a dangerous situation, with a wheel or two off the ground with a big load on and a limb hitting the HST pedal control that is exposed under the tractor, so I installed a belly pan starting behind the fron axle running to the rear drawbar. What happens, but a limb comes over the front axle, under the hood, just missing the engine oil filter, knocking the fan belt off & breaking the cab heater hose and lost all my anti freeze. So back to the drawing board. Adding to the belly pan forward.
Will attach grill guard picture to this, then if I don't get lost will post a picture of the belly pan.

I started out thinking that way & made 3 different implements work on one quick attach frame, thinking I was saving time, not building another frame. I have about decided now, that I anything I build in the future will have its own frame. Changing an implement in one minute spoils you, don't want to spend 4 or 5. You might be more successful at the new design than I was. Mine works fine after it is on. I was worried that my homemade quick attach might not work as easy as the factory job, but it does. When changing an implement, never use a hammer, just stick a pin through and then linchpin. I usually have to get a small hammer to put the pins through on my own design to save building another frame.

more brush guard L-4610
this is to try to catch things going under the hood or into the fuel filter. the part around the fuel filter comes off with 2 bolts. Also on the belly pan picture you will note removeable access doors for oil changing. Believe it or not, the belly pan can be removed or reinstalled in less than 30 minutes with an impact if the fel is on and no equipment on the rear, without getting under the tractor. Just sit on a stool around the tractor.
