Had same starting problem with 3616. Took to dealer and they added relay, there is not enough juice going to starter even tho the battery checks at 12 volts,

Been chasing the same thing with our 3616. Dealer had no luck, I thought I fixed it by tightening the stakon connections at the neutral switch in the dash. Still does the click click once and a while but not as often.
