To lower ramps, extend the boom, connect chains, raise boom:

Leveling and filling part of a terrace.

This old aerial view shows the terraces that were put in to prevent erosion back when this was farm land. The blue arrow shows the area that I am working on north of the new horse barn :

Water would accumulate here after a rain:

Put the 6' box blade on to move some dirt:

Getting more dirt to add to previous work:

Dumped and back dragged:

Since I was shaving the top of the terrace off here by 8 inches, I was able to lower the post even more.
Before, note the upward angle of the rails:

After, the rails are almost level:

Brought another bucket full of dirt:

Leveled with the land plane:

A puddle in a low spot showed up after a light rain:

Land planed fill-in dirt and drainage while moving forward. Notice the angle of the Tilt-Tach:

Back dragging in float going uphill:

Need some rain to test it out.

A tree puller job from earlier this year.

A small cedar next to the fence:

Clamped onto the trunk:

Pulled it:

Shook the dirt from the roots:

Reached over the fence to get one:

Got it but the camera batteries died, didn't get any more pictures .

Pulled several more, here is where I put them. This picture was taken three months later.

An update for the previous picture, putting those pulled cedars in a pile:

Picked up a tree that had a small stump setting (red arrow) on it and put them on the pile:

Picked up the pile:

The stump fell off when I started moving:

Put the pile on the stump, opened and closed the grapple. Got it:

Note the operation of the dual lid grapple

Took the trees and stump to the big pile:

Project finished.

Not that I ever got around to buying a grapple, but I will probably miss my telehandler.
