Class action requires people were harmed. How were people harmed by this? Inconvenienced? Yes. Harmed?

Loss of use? If it's jelled...it won't run. How about a fleet of buses, passengers left hanging, kids waiting in the cold. A fleet of delivery trucks, products not delivered. Construction equipment, no work, lost money. The list goes on and on. Any lawyers out there want to pick this up? I want a cut.

Put an ad on TV. Were you delayed last winter from jelled fuel? Did you lose money? Customers? Were you left stranded? Call us right now at 1 800 BAD FUEL and get back the money you lost. Get what you deserve!

Down here in the deep south we don't have much need for anti gel additive but I do have a question . When it does get cold say 0 or so if the fuel gels can you just wait till noon when its say back up to 40 or so and the fuel be OK again?

Most places where it gets down to 0F overnight / early morning, it doesn't get up to 40F in the afternoon. It doesn't get up to 40F 'til about quarter past March.

Yes, when the temperature goes back up and the waxes go back to normal size the fuel will flow through the filter again.

As far as I'm aware no needs to be harmed. I have been in 3 class action suits over the years, all phone companies that over charged. No one was harmed and I won a little money on each of them.

I have always heard that up in your neck of the woods yall have 2 seasons being Winter and the 4Th of July.

Down here it is not that unusual to be freezing at dawn and in the mid 60 or 70 by mid day and thats why they call it the South I guess.

Sometime I wish it would get colder here and kill some of these Sand Gnats and other little bugs with teeth.

As for the class action thing I would much rather have gelled fuel than a lawyer around my place.

As far as I'm aware no needs to be harmed. I have been in 3 class action suits over the years, all phone companies that over charged. No one was harmed and I won a little money on each of them.

Did you lose money by being overcharged by the phone company? Yes. Then you were 'harmed' by the phone company's action.

We were on the way to a kids swim lesson when the truck started barking, bucking, losing power and the check engine light came on. My wife gave me "The LOOK". It still hurts! Talk about harm!

Though not related to this specific incedent.. My cousins husband was an OTR driver and had a load of cars going north.. his fuel gelled and he and many others got stuc in a blizzard as they ( and many others ahd gelled fuel ).. his truck ended up needing about 8000$ in repairs after that ordeal...I guess some parts of it froze..
