Really glad to see this thread. Mine has this issue intermittently depending upon which position the various hydraulics are in. Nice to know it is not an impending failure of something.

Glad to hear the thread is helpful to your situation. I would suggest if the squeal is occurring, even intermittently, that you get the update done now, so no potential issues arise later that the repair might mitigate. What isn't known for certain is whether letting the squeal in reverse continue over time has any adverse effect on the hydro function. Most everyone who has found the solution here has done the repair- so no data on tractors that have ongoing squeal issues.
I see your situation as a better safe than sorry scenario.
