new report, well guys i am in the middle of scratching a hole in the side of my head now, went out to do a rad flush and put the prestone in and was running it and again it wants to run up to 85c it is warm out 95 deg or so but I have the center of the thermostat taken out and im getting good flow, i looked into the rad while it was running looking for bubbles and i thought i saw a few but the water was moving pretty good so i really wasnt 100% sure but i said to myself well maby you pinched the head gasket when putting the head on, Hey it happens to the best of us sometimes, and that would make it run hot and give me low power yes the answer to all that ales me , so I finnished the flush thing and ran the tractor back into the barn and set in to doing a comp test and here are the numbers, i did 2 draws on each cyl, cyl 1 was 460 and 470, cly 2 was 440 and 460 and cyl 3 was 450 and 440 now the motor only has about 2.5 to 3 hrs of running on new rings so i know that the numbers are going to be a little off but to me those look like a dont have a blown head gasket or am i wrong, and if there good then what now about this heating thing, and the no power, loss of fuel feeling (pull the rad and ck it ) O and when i took it for a spin around the yard today again when i put it in hi gear it didnt want to go it wanted to stall ( no Power) so i put it in low range and it ran ok, im kind of thinking that the ip pump might have somthing wrong with it but i know nothing about ip pumps, when i changed out the new return line yesterday the bolt that held the line to the front of the ip pump had what looked like a little spring in it and the banjo bolt had what lookeed like a flat blade screw driver nut on top of it what does that do, i did notice the the return line into the tank was shooting a lot of fuel back into the tank, so it looked like the ip pump was supplying plenty of fuel
