India means business in solving pollution. They are gaining on it compared to no action. A decade or so ago they banned diesel for trucks and busses in the cities and also forced conversion of all the
little jitneys from Vespa-like smoggy two strokes, to CNG. Perhaps India and China will be the first nations to have a majority of EV's.
