email notification

Is there a way to stop threads coming to email? When I reply to a thread is that automaticaly subscsribe me to it thereby getting emails? I am on freq enough that I really dont need email updates. I tried to find a button for no emails but I guess I missed it.

Click on the "My Home" icon at the top of the page and then click on "General Settings." There you will find the option to turn off e-mail notifications.

thanks Steve! i looked at that page 5 times,obviously 4 of those times my eyes skipped over that section!
