Face shield recommendations

I actually have a couple pair of those ... Never thought to use them for that ... I got them before I got my high dollar prescription sunglasses which I leave in my truck ...

I use to leave my prescription sunglasses in the truck as well, until the end of summer when the coatings started bubbling from the heat. So watch for that.

I have a Stihl woodcutter hard hat with ear muffs and a mesh screen. It works great for weedwacking projectiles and brush cutting without fogging up.

For serious shop things I bought a facemask shield thing from Home Depot. It looks like this photo I got off the internet.

The face shield flips up. It's thick hard plastic intended for serious impact and has saved me from grinding metal and things like that. Eyesight is too important to risk.
