JHurt, What kind of corrosion inhibitor are you considering, cooling system additive or something else? My dealer loaded mine with water-methanol mix, and I have wondered how bad the corrosion will be, and what form of inhibitor would mix with the methanol without unwanted reaction.

Yes, the truck or the vehicle should be in a condition that it will handle all the loads.

Mostly I really like having a light tractor and being able to add weight via cast iron when I need it.

That is a great method when you have soils that need a light tractor (avoid soil compaction in crop areas) at times yet uses that require a heavy rear at times (loader work). :thumbsup:

Does that fitting vent the air out while filling or did you have to disconnect it and periodically bleed the air off?

That’s an extremely slow method.
I plumbed me up a 120v water pump that sucks out of a 55gal barrel so I know exactly how many gals I’m pumping in : 80gals in each rear & 30gals in each front. All Tubeless with 25% AntiFreeze mix.

I have an inline Tee with a cutoff to bleed air out of tire with the pump turned off

If you have a 12V sprayer, you can rig up something similar. The 12V pump maybe a little slower than a 120V pump. Those YouTube videos called "Dave knows how" or some such has a video on exactly how to plumb up like Brown Dog did.

You have to shut it off every so often and vent it.
