Just a perception. It seems to me that there is a great level of resistance to one or more belts moving and that the immediate black seen in the video is a burning of the belt. My reasoning is this from a very brief video. . . The engine starts immediately. . No hesitation or resistance to starting. If the engine was doing all the smoking. . I would think startup would be more of a rough start. But the smoke is immediate and appears a slightly different color than the normal startup smoke of the engine.
It's like when ooklaa turned off the unit last. . A clutch engagement lever was not disengaged first (pto or mmm) or there is a stick or handle pinched in with a belt.
In any case. . . If the last time it was used everything was fine. . Then it doesn't seem likely it is engine related but rather whatever happened or didn't happen in the last 60 seconds before it was turned off . . . or if some kid was playing with the controls.
