Oh Neil, I knew you would pipe in. /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif

I won't get into the whole DK vs. GL vs. M series debate. I have to sell against what the other "orange guys" are trying to tell my customers are comparable to my orange tractors.

That being said, did you see the pic. of the DK45S rear end...I wouldn't consider it in a different class then the L5030.

Neil,

You forgot to point out the available HST on the 5030 too. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

I was putting the Kioti DK45S up to the NH tc35/40/45 series compact. The Kioti looked like a massive unit to them. Then I stacked it to the TC48DA, and they both looked very much the same in size. I'm sure the TC55DA to the Kioti DK55S would size up similarly. Of course the NH was more $$$, but also had the sloped down boom, and larger bucket. Also the NH had greater hydraulic pump output, as well as greater 3PH lifting. Trying to compare is difficult. There are many pluses to each machine. One needs to spend some time driving many brands, as well as knowing what general tasks they will be doing. All of the brands are good machines, depends what your needs are, and price range. /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

Nice photos. /forums/images/graemlins/cool.gif

Obviously the Kioti is new, what about the Kubota?

I just can't get over how "good looking" the new DK's are. /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif Now if only Kioti would get a loader to match. /forums/images/graemlins/crazy.gif

Kubota obviously noted how "good looking" the DK's are by copying them for their new M series. /forums/images/graemlins/shocked.gif

( Take those same pictures with an M-Series machine and it will look rather different. )
Yes, and then one can compare the considerable price difference between them also.

Where's the rest of the Kubota /forums/images/graemlins/shocked.gifyou think they would give you just a little more for the $$$ /forums/images/graemlins/tongue.gif

Should have done your homework on that one, actually 3-4 of the M-Series are Cheaper than the bigger grand L-Series tractors. Its cheap to build with more iron and expensive to have things like hydrostatic, hydraulic PTO's, digital monitoring, etc.
