OK I call John Deere dealer ,they said the grant was for Texas and had been going on for 2 or 3 years. Texas Emissions Reduction Plan (TERP) - Texas Commission on Environmental Quality - www.tceq.state.tx.us

Not all of Texas ,just the counties around big citys Dallas ,Houston ,Austin & San Antonio are in the program to help clean up emission .

I'd rather see hard working farmers and do it yourselfers benefit from a little free money than the society leaches that abuse the government programs while they sit on their rear ends and complain it isn't enough.
