Well, after alot of work it's complete. A BIG THANKS to all that answered my questions & steve for posting the pics.:thumbsup::thumbsup: You can see in 1 of the pics. I found an inspection plate behind the power shift. I made a plate, welded in a nipple & made a return to tank .The hyd fluid for both valves now return to the tank & the 3 PT is fed by the grapple PB

Thanks guys.;)

I really notice the xtra weight on the front end. I hope the front end holds up to the xtra weight

Great job! You made a nice clean install out of it. Is the bucket reinforced to hold up to the extra torque? Does it warp when you craw into things, like that post in the pic?

The control lever looks a bit awkward to grab. Maybe it's just the photo making it look really high up.

Proper rear Ballast (on the 3PH) will correct both issues.

If you look real close at the 4 th pic in the 1 st post you can see where I added gussets to the inside top of the bucket. I also welded some 3/16 plate to the bucket at the back & top of the bucket (inside) & welded the gussets to that 3/16 plate.(Correction... 2nd post 3 rd pic) The valve isn't too high for me. I'm 6'3. The handle will also screw into a straight out position ( instead of straight up) if needed

It's good to be able to pick up things without having to have another person to help . I can tell you that feeding HYD fluid to the 3 PT from the loader valve PB port instead of the outlet port makes the FEL operate much better

I bet it is sweet looks like it would be great for brush and general junk piles!

Would you mind expounding on that statement "makes the FEL operate much better" do you mean there is a way to get hyd pressure somewhere else that works better? pray tell

My FEL speed is nothing to brag about they cut into the feed line by the right side of the clutch housing to plumb it in and I mean that in as nice a way as I can put it....a great loader but I hate waiting on it sometimes to curl down or lift I know its my tractor not the loader least I think thats the way around it is?

Thanks for all your help looks great! I am looking forward to making my loader work like its supposed to thanks to all your tips!

Question-Is the elbow (looks like one anyway) to the front of where the fel valve LP return is tee'd into the sump return pipe the LP return from your new grapple valve?

Here is a pic of the pure cra(p)ftsmanship my premium loader was installed with.

Car Doc, what's the problem? The loose ends of those zip ties were trimmed, and they're in black so they match the hoses....

A grapple is on my "to build" list. I'm hoping to do it over Thanksgiving break.

Kenmac, that looks terrific. Congratulations.

It's not as elegant to use water pipe fittings and white tape, but if it works, what's the problem? I wouldn't change that. I don't think it is functionally different from a divider block.

The tape isn't the problem California neither is the box end wrench bent and kinked and pulled out tubing short cut that was taken it was plumbed wrong no way it could work right its a long explanation I am not able to give at this moment I will later or maybe I wont.

quoting myself here: My FEL speed is nothing to brag about they cut into the feed line by the right side of the clutch housing to plumb it in and I mean that in as nice a way as I can put it....

The loader is SLOOOOW and its brand new nice shiny pretty ready to work etc very annoying waiting on a bucket to curl down.....I have said on here plenty of times how its nothing to brag about.
