Hi, y'all;
I just purchased a Simplicity 3112H (Sovereign). It was leaking (think "downpour") through the carburetor so I really haven't even started it yet. I am now looking for a mower deck. I think the 3112 is supposed to take the 48 inch 990576 deck but all I can find are 42 inch models. Then I figured if I have to rebuild and modify something to fit, maybe I should just build my own deck. At first I though "plywood" but then sanity took over. My tractor has the hydraulic front blade so I thought it might be a good idea to put the deck out front. That way the tires don't flatten the grass before it has a chance to be cut. So I'm looking for ideas.
