Hi, I joined up to ask various tractor/equipment questions, from lawn tractors to compacts and so on. So far I only have a 1966 Allis Chalmers two-wheeled tractor, but with a little luck, that will change over the next year or so.

I'm already a bota fan, and a JD fan too. I'm not a complete tractor novice...the first thing I ever pretended to drive was a Massey 55 with no wheels, and the first thing I ever drove was a Cockshutt 30. I've used a friend's 2305 a couple times over the last 3 months or so, but never for more than a day or so. I've run a few things over the years, never turning up a chance when it presented itself, but I have a bit of knowledge gap because the last thing I ran regularly and had to maintain/fix was a (then 24 year old) 1966 Deutz. Things have advanced a tad since then.
