UPDATE:
Called the dealer at lunchtime today. I spoke with both the service manager and my salesman. Unfortunately, the solenoid repair didn't fix the PTO cutting out so they still investigating - he listed several things they were looking at. He already had the tires set out, but I didn't ask about hours because I didn't think it would help my case. The cutter is fixed and is "good as new".
Also talked to the saleman. I didn't ask specifics, but asked him where we were on the cutter/warranty. He said he was still going to work on it, but was waiting to meet with the service manager after everything was fixed. I told him thanks for working on it, that I had been thinking it over since Tuesday, that I would do what's fair, but I didn't like how things were left $ wise when I left on Tuesday. He said he understood and would work on it for me. We left it at that.
Looks like no seat time this weekend.
