How About a Horn?

We have those roundabouts sprouting up here too. Most are so small the semis have to jump the curves. Very poor planning.

The small ones seem to be the newer ones, where surrounding infrastructure limits proper sizing.
The large ones, depending on circumstances, can be a very effective method of traffic control.

The "genius " city planners in the nearby city demolished the historic buildings then in the slum areas put in rotarys with benches around. Rarely do we go through there but I can't imagine anything nuttier.

Dumb "A $$" traffic engineers in local NP made a single lane one round about with about 4 or 5 entry points and put YIELD signs on 3 of them.... Guess who never gets to go forward on a busy day....
