How do I stop TBN post emails ??

The change you made will ONLY affect FUTURE threads that you reply to.
To fix threads you have already replied to:
1. Click on "My Home"
2. Click on the "View all Subscribed Threads" link at the bottom of the "New Subscribed Threads" section.
3. Any threads which have "Instant" "Daily" or "Weekly" in the "Notifications" column will send you an email.
4. To clear this for all threads on that page:
4A. Check the box in the header (blue row) to the right of "Notifications"
4B. Scroll down to the "Selected Threads" dropdown box at the bottom of the page
4C. Choose "No Email Notification"
4D. Click the "Go" button
4E. Go to the next page and do the same thing there
